Hi, I'm Trish! I provide mental and emotional hygiene, via a therapeutic journey of positivity and harmony, to assist my clients to overcome problems, pains and issues. This is accomplished by gaining focus, increasing positivity, building well being and releasing negative thoughts, emotions and energy.
Through my conversations and discussions with each client, plus the actual hypnosis part of each session, the process enables each client to improve and expand their lives. This transforms them, so they accomplish their goals respond to their needs, and increase personal happiness, via the power of hypnosis.
I received a degree in Clinical Hypnosis, and was an honors student at the accredited Hypnosis Motivation Institute, in Los Angeles. I am a strong believer in lifelong learning, and I continue to expand my knowledge to offer creative means for each client to grow as an individual, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

"After just a couple of sessions of working with Trish, I noticed several positive changes in my life. She knows what she’s doing and on top of that she’s responsive and easy to communicate with. For anyone looking to get rid of fear, make progress, or make positive changes in their life, I highly recommend contacting Trish!"
"I have been seeing Trish for several months now, and enjoy the environment of sessions with her. I feel that I can fully be myself, speaking freely while also learning, with her help, ways to both deal with everyday stressors and work on long-term healing goals. I have experience with EMDR in the past, so hypnosis therapy is right up my alley; I find I prefer it over standard "talk therapy" as it incorporates my subconscious as well, and goes beyond just chatting about whatever "issues" might be brought up. We have run the gamut of types of sessions, from inner-child work, childhood trauma healing, energy-work and my back-and-forth over both loving and despising humans, ha. She helped me finally kick nicotine for good, and each hypnotherapy session seems very personalized to me, which I very much appreciate. I am grateful to have found her!"
"I have been working with Trish for a year on goal achievement. I could not recommend her any more strongly! I consider her my "success coach."
Trish has been outstanding to work with, in every way, from her professionalism to her preparation for our meetings. She has opened my eyes to many new things and ways of thinking. I look forward to our meetings!
I had not been to a hypnotherapist prior to working with Trish. I now look forward to our meetings and relaxation sessions. They are very insightful and stress-relieving for me. We have coaches in our lives for just about everything these days, but our mind is the most important part to take care of, for our health. She has been simply outstanding for me."
"I have benefited immensely from working with Trish. Her advice is always helpful and to the point: her sessions are empowering and grounding: and I always feel seen and heard. To anyone who lacks confidence, resolve, or self-esteem, I recommend scheduling a session, and seeing this for yourself."
"Outstanding. In the clouds, Total relaxation. Highly recommended."
A middle-aged woman lost 100 pounds. She was doing a fantastic job and was very motivated. She then hit a plateau. She was not able to exercise that uch due to knee pain. In one session we reduced the pain and that night she went on a walk of more than a mile!
Working with a teenage boy who was playing baseball for his high school and got moved up to the varsity and was struggling with the increased competition. We were able to apply a deeper focus, and even slow down the action and the ball in his mind, He had his doubts. The next day he got three hits and made three spectacular plays in the infield, He was a doubter no more and returned to work on some other issues.
I had a client and older woman who came to work on several issues. In one of the sessions she came to realize that she wanted to paint artistically. She has never done that and never had a chance. That day after the session she enrolled in a painting class and pursued in with passion and long days, In a few weeks, she had a showing of her work in a local gallery. This was life changing.
A woman aged 59 was seeking some sort of a community project that would be healing. After a couple of sessions, she came up with the idea of staging a one-woman play and she would tell the story of mental health issues in her family. She had never done anything like this. She got a director, booked a stage, wrote her play and on her 60th birthday I was in the audience to see her inspiring performance! Hypnotherapy can make a huge difference in many ways. These are just a few examples.
A standard therapy session for professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists and others is for a session to be 50 minutes. Your first session at WAKE UP will be 90 minutes. Followup sessions will also be assigned 90 minutes as a special courtesy to the client, You may need a little extra time to discuss, vent, relax a bit more. So, the time is there if the client should need it. Just something extra for greater client care.
